Meet Cecilia Reinig

Cecilia is a holistic health practitioner who helps clients come back to balance and find a sense of calm. She specializes in the principles and practices of Ayurveda & Yoga and offers gentle movement, breathing techniques and seasonal routines to improve health and well being. Translated from Sanskrit, Ayurveda means the "science of life" and comes from India’s classical healing system as a sister science to yoga.  It considers each person’s constitution to inform personal health practices to achieve optimal balance between mind, body and spirit.

Cecilia believes that within each of us lies the power to thrive.  Through daily routine, diet, and lifestyle, Ayurveda brings us back to balance in subtle and profound ways over time.  Her approach is compassionate, caring and rooted in the unique needs of each individual.  She teaches Ayurveda and Yoga in community, corporate and educational settings.

Cecilia is a graduate of the Sarasvati Institute of Ayurveda and Yoga Therapy and has practiced Ayurvedic seasonal cleanses since 2017.  She has completed 1,300 hours of Ayurvedic and yoga studies and was honored to offer her services to members of the Healthy Living Community.  She finds serving the community in this way deeply rewarding.

She is an AADP Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner, 500-Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance), and member of NAMA (National Ayurvedic Medical Association) and IAYT (International Association of Yoga Therapists).
